Delivery Information

Standard Delivery

Within the UK mainland delivery takes 2-4 working days. Small items will arrive by Royal Mail, larger parcels will be delivered by our couriers weekdays between 7am and 5pm.

If you are not at home, the driver will either put the parcel in a secure place and post a card advising you where they have left it, or leave a card asking you to call the depot to arrange another delivery. If you prefer, we can deliver to your work address or a neighbour.
 
Overseas Delivery

For all overseas enquiries, please call  (44) 20 8566 4100. We charge a standard £8 for deliveries outside of the UK.

Deliveries to multiple addresses

If you would like to have items sent to different addresses, please complete a separate order for each address.
