Hi, sorry for the inconvenience re the customs payment, unfortunately due to EU regulations all exports from the UK now involve customs payments, there is nothing we can do about this.
I can see that you received this package on June 9th, I hope you are happy with the jewellery. Please don't worry about the refund.

Hi Nicola, apologies for this delay, as explained yesterday by email there is a problem currently with Royal Mail strikes, and as the package is going into Europe from the UK there is a longer delay than many. We have also messaged you to let you know that we are resending this item. We are hoping that it will arrive quickly but as the strikes are still on-going, we cannot guarantee this. Unfortunately, these things are beyond our control. Sorry again that your wait has been longer than expected.
